Recipe of the Day, Week No. 93: (vegetable leaf sauce)"

Warm greetings my beautiful friends in this community, am here to share with you all my vegetable sauce recipes as the name implies vegetable sauce then vegetable must be included, here are my ingredients

1. Vegetable leaf also known as ňkon by akwabomite and ugu leaf by igbo
2. Red oil
3. Fish
4. Salt
5. Maggi
6. Crayfish
7. Fresh tomatoes
8. Pepper
9. Onions and
10. My spices i use ( all purpose spice and curry masala)

First I wash my vegetable leaf thoroughly, slice it and set it aside after that I wash my fresh tomatoes cut it and set it aside, I also wash my onions and chop it, I wash my fish and and pieces them to remove the bone, I selected my crayfish and blend pound it.

I now set my pot in the fire added my oil to the pot, after that I add my onions to the pot fry for some minute and then add my fresh tomatoes and fry for some minutes after that I add my salt, cubes, spice, fish and allow it cook for some seconds, finally I added my vegetable and bring down the pot and my vegetable sauce is ready.

You can use it with yam, rice, potatoes, plantain etc
