1 - Make your own Omelette (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

First, I peeled and washed the onions, then chopped them into fine pieces. After that, I poured some oil into a pan and let it warm slightly. Once the oil was ready, I added the chopped onions and sautéed them gently, stirring continuously until they turned soft and lightly golden, releasing a rich aroma that filled the kitchen.

I gently cooked them on low heat until they changed into a light brown color. I kept stirring so they wouldn’t burn, and soon they became soft and fragrant.

After that, I finely chopped the tomatoes and cut the chilies into large pieces. First, I added the already browned onions to the pan. Once they were ready, I put in the chopped tomatoes and mixed everything gently. After stirring for a while, I added the chilies and cooked the mixture on low heat, letting the flavors blend together nicely and the tomatoes soften into a tasty masala.

After that, I cooked the mixture until the tomatoes became soft and mushy, then I lowered the heat to let all the flavors mix together nicely.

After that, I added the spices again. I had already separated all the spices, which included salt, red chili, turmeric, cumin, and hot spices. I added them to this mixture and shook it so that all the spices were mixed well inside the chili.

I roasted this spice well so that all the spices would mix in and make a delicious dough.

Next, I cracked the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them lightly. Then, I gently poured the eggs into the pan and stirred carefully, making sure they mixed evenly with the spicy tomato and chili mixture. I cooked everything together on low heat, letting the eggs absorb the flavors while becoming soft and fluffy.

Final Look Of OMELETTE

Finally, my tasty omelette was ready. I usually make it at night, but it’s also perfect for breakfast. It doesn’t take much time to prepare and is cooked very quickly. The flavors are so good that everyone at home really enjoyed it. Sometimes, I like to serve it with a slice of bread or a little fresh salad to make it even more special.


A meal is special not for its ingredients alone, but for the love, effort, and joy poured into it.
