Greetings !

I am @gondalbiya from Pakistan !

How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.

1 - Make your own Halwa ♥️(include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

MAKING

First, I added desi ghee to the pan and gently sprinkled in the soji. I stirred it slowly and carefully, keeping the flame on very low so it would roast evenly. The rich aroma of desi ghee began to spread, giving the soji a beautiful golden color and a deep, traditional flavor.

After that, I added cardamom powder, which instantly enhanced the fragrance of the halwa. Its sweet and soothing aroma blended beautifully with the mixture, making the dish even more tempting. The cardamom not only added a pleasant smell but also enriched the overall taste, giving the halwa a truly delightful and traditional flavor.

Then I lowered the flame and mixed it gently. This helped the halwa cook evenly and allowed the flavors to blend well.

Then I slowly added sugar while continuously stirring the mixture. I mixed it well and let it cook for a few moments, allowing the sugar to dissolve completely and blend smoothly into the halwa.

After that I added water to it. I didn't add water all at once. I first added a cup and mixed it well and kept it for a while.

As the water level began to reduce, I poured in the remaining water and gently stirred the mixture with a light hand so it wouldn’t stick to the bottom. After mixing it well, I covered it and let it cook for a short while, allowing everything to combine perfectly and soften nicely.

After that, I removed the lid and began stirring the mixture gently until it was fully cooked. Once it reached the right consistency, I reduced the flame even more and let it cook slowly, ensuring the halwa was perfectly done and evenly prepared.

Final Look Of Halwa

After finishing the halwa, I garnished it with sliced almonds and spread them beautifully on top. It turned out incredibly delicious, smooth, and rich in taste, yet it didn’t take much time to prepare. I served this halwa with puri, which was lovingly made by my mother. This was my first time making it, and I was very happy that it came out perfectly. Everyone enjoyed it so much, and its soft, smooth texture made it even more special.

"Simple to make, full of flavor, and loved by all—don’t miss it!"

At last I am inviting @nazomimatute1998 @shiftitamanna @artist1111 @chant @dexsyluz @rosselena for taking part in this contest.

Thank you ! For being with me.

Best regards
@gondalbiya
