1 - Make your own Creamy Chicken White Handi 🍽️(include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

| Black Pepper | 2/5tbsp |
| Green Chili | 4 |
| Garlic | 12 cloves |

| Cheese | 1Slice |

First, I peeled the onions well, washed them, and chopped them finely. I poured some water into a large pan and added all my onions to it.

After that, I took the ginger and garlic to the side. I chopped the ginger finely and peeled the garlic well. I added it to the onion and I added water to it. I put the onion inside first because I had to boil the onion, ginger and garlic in a little water.
Once all the moisture had dried up, the onions turned very soft. I then transferred them to a grinder and blended them into a smooth paste. The texture became creamy and even, making it perfect to use as a rich base for the dish. After that, I set the paste aside, ready to add it to the next step of the cooking process.

Next, I poured a small amount of oil into the same pan and added the chicken. I stirred it well and let it cook for a while until it started to change color. Then I added salt, mixed everything thoroughly, and turned the chicken from time to time so the seasoning spread evenly. I allowed it to cook gently, making sure the salt was well absorbed and the chicken became tender and flavorful.

After that, I cleaned the chilies properly and blended them in a grinder with a little water until they formed a smooth, fine paste.

Then I added the chili paste to the chicken and placed it on a lightly greased pan.

Next, I added the blended onion paste to the chicken mixture and stirred it thoroughly. Then I sprinkled in black pepper and mixed everything well so the onions and pepper coated the chicken evenly. As the ingredients combined, the aroma became richer, and the gravy started to thicken, giving the dish a deep and flavorful base.

Then, I added the entire packet of cream to the dish. A rich and mouth-watering aroma filled the kitchen. I gently stirred the mixture, making sure it didn’t stick to the bottom and that the cream blended smoothly with the chicken. As it cooked, the gravy became thick and creamy, giving the dish a rich texture and making it look even more tempting.
After that, I added a slice of cheese to make it tastier. I covered the handi and let the cheese melt in the oven, turning off the heat below to prevent sticking. The dish became creamy, delicious, and perfectly melted.
My curry turned out so tasty that everyone absolutely loved it. Everyone at home, from kids to adults, enjoyed the white handi so much they kept asking for more. It was simple and quick to make, using the same ingredients we usually have in a regular kitchen, yet the flavor made everyone happy and satisfied.
The white chicken creamy karahi turned out rich and delicious. Tender chicken cooked in a smooth, flavorful cream sauce made every bite irresistible. It was simple to make but full of taste, and everyone at home enjoyed it thoroughly.
