I hope you're doing well today! I want to share with you a delicious recipe for beans. Beans are incredibly nutritious and are one of the most popular foods in the world. There are many varieties of beans, including kidney beans, soybeans, green beans, peas, black and brown beans, and black-eyed beans, and many more.

Beans are an excellent source of plant-based protein, which is great for our health. They also contain iron, fibre, and many essential vitamins. Beans are good for our hearts, liver, and gut health. They contain amino acids which our bodies use to heal and form new tissues, such as muscle, bone, skin, hair, and blood. Beans provide this essential nutrient.
Beans are low in calories and saturated fats, and they contain folate, which is essential for pregnant women and children. They are also rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, which fight and remove free radicals from our bodies, protecting us from disease. Its nutrients help in lowering cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of heart disease. Beans are high in fibre, which can reduce the risk of cancer and many other diseases. Therefore, incorporating beans into your diet is a good idea.

Ingredients:
- Honey Beans.
- Prawns.
- Bonga fish.
- Fresh Pepper, Salt, and Seasoning cubes.
- Scent leaves, Onions and Palm Oil.
Preparation:
- Select chaff from the beans.
- Wash the beans at least 3 times, put them in a cooking pot add water to cover the beans and cook it.
- When the beans are soft, pound your dried prawns 🦐, Bonga fish and pepper and add them, add salt and seasoning cubes to taste and add palm oil too.
- Allow the food to simmer for some minutes until the water gets dried, then wash and chop your scent leaves and onion and add them.
- Allow it to cook for some minutes, and then your delicious bean is ready!
