I am very eager to share with you the dishes that comprised my breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. This contest is undoubtedly wonderful, and it has been organized by @steemit-Ironchef. I extend my sincere thanks to them for organizing such a magnificent culinary competition. Today, I will present to you a detailed description of my meals, along with my personal experiences regarding their flavors. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy this post of mine about food.

Today, I will share with you what I ate throughout the day. Since I am currently living in a hostel away from home, it is not possible for me to cook my own meals, as every establishment has its own specific set of rules and regulations. At the beginning of each month, we are required to pay our monthly food expenses—what we commonly refer to as the 'mess bill.' Furthermore, using mobile phones during meal times is prohibited in the hostel—a rule I am still getting used to. Above all, the hostel food places a greater emphasis on nutritional value rather than mere culinary indulgence—something that ultimately proves to be highly beneficial for one's health. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the meals and had a wonderful time.
Lunch
For lunch, I had plain rice, a mixed-vegetable curry, lentils, and fish curry. Lentils are highly beneficial for our health; consequently, they are a staple in our daily meal menu. Moreover, only Rui fish is used here—specifically, small pieces of the fish—to prepare a very light and thin curry using powdered spices. Additionally, there was a mixed-vegetable dish—a curry comprising an assortment of different vegetables. This is a highly nutritious food item for our health, containing ingredients such as potatoes, carrots, and beans.
drinks
At night, I had a drink made from sour yogurt. I prepared it myself using sour yogurt I had purchased from the market—specifically, by whisking the yogurt and mixing it with a pinch of salt, sugar to taste, and an appropriate amount of water. Drinking this on a hot day was truly satisfying; it dispelled my physical fatigue and left me feeling refreshed. Such beverages are highly beneficial for keeping the body cool during the summer season.
