BREAKFAST


Egg sandwich was chosen as my breakfast today. It's not really my choice. My daughter wanted to eat bread related food for breakfast.

So I thought of making her a delicious egg sandwich. I used egg, mayonnaise, salt, paper and lettuce for that. Some people use boiled eggs to make the egg sandwich. But today I made it by frying eggs. It was also very tasty.

My daughter also ate egg sandwich very happily before going to school.
I think this sandwich can be used as a delicious snack that can be easily prepared for children's instant hunger. It is good for breakfast because of its high taste and nutritional value.


LUNCH


Today I thought of making fried rice which is a favorite food of kids.

The main reason for choosing this food was the need to make a meal that would provide more nutrition in less time with the work I had to do today.

This is really easy for me to make and can meet the nutritional needs of children. To be honest, this is a food that not only children but also I like to eat. Now let's see how I made the fried rice. First cook the rice and keep aside.
Today I used carrots, leeks, eggs and white rice for this.
First temper the vegetables with some butter. Then add the egg soy souse to it and mix well. Add salt and papper teste. Then taste it. I also added a sweet chille souse to the dish.

It should also be remembered that to have a balanced diet, it is essential to add fruits after meals.


EVENING SNACK

The kids needed an afternoon snack. So I boiled some chickpeas that had been soaked earlier.

So I put some oil in a pan and when it gets hot, add mustard seeds, onions, garlic, curry leaves and when it turns golden color, add the boiled chickpeas.

We all know that grains are very healthy, so I always try to add foods that are high in nutritional value.


DINNER

I chose noodles for dinner. I added carrots, leeks and egg to the noodles and made it more delicious.

Today I did something special when choosing noodles. Instead of wheat flour noodles, I chose rice noodles. It had more flavor.
