Recipe of the Day, Week No. 87: Spicy Fried Potato

Hello everyone this is me @isha-rehman today I am excited to participate in the wunderfol “Recipe of the Day” . For this weeek I decide to prepare a simple flavurful and satisfyings dishe made with ingredients we usuallly have at home: Spicy Fried Potato.

Belowe I sharre the full step by step preparation supported by my own images . I hop you enjoy the recipe as much as I enjoye preparing it.

Step by Step Preparation

Step 1: Heat the Oil

I started by taking a pan and by adding some cooking oil. I allowd the oil to heats well before ading to the potatoes.

Step 2: Fry the Potatoes

Once the oil was hot I added the sliced potatos. I fried them genttlly until they turneed slightly golden on the edgs.

Step 3: Remove and Strain the Potatoes

Aftr frying I tooked the potatos out to the oils and strain to them properly so any excess oil dreped to be off.

Step 4: Prepare the Base Masala

In another pan I added a little oil agains. Once hoot I added choopped onion to and friede them until to they turned to soft and translocents.

Step 5: Add the Tomatoes

Next I ad chooped tomatos and coke it until they soft and to blended to the onions.

Step 6: Add Spices

At this stag I aded sallt turmerics black pepper and my chosen spices. I mixed everything well to allowed to the masala to develop full flavuor

Step 7: Add Sauces & Mix the Potatoes

To given the dish a delicious spicy twist I add hot chillli saouce and soy sauce. Then I adde to the fried potatos back into the pann and mixeed everything thoroughly so the potatoes absorbed all the flavored.

Final Dish

Here is the final result my Spicy Fried Potato Masala served warm with flatbread.

This recipie is simple quick and fulll of flavour. The combinations of spices onions tomatos and sauces gives a rich aroma while the friede potatoes add a satisfying texture. I truly enjoyed preparing this dish to the “Recipe of the Day” challenge.
