Now in winter, various types of vegetables are seen in the vegetable market. Various types of delicious breakfast recipes can be made with winter vegetables. Today I will share the cabbage pakora recipe. These crunchy cabbage pakoras will be a great breakfast arrangement if served with hot tea in winter. Without further ado, let's move on to the cabbage pakora recipe.

Step 1:
To make the tied cabbage pakoras delicious, I will put egg filling inside the pakoras. For this, I boiled 3 eggs. After peeling the eggs, I cut them into slices with a knife, making four slices from one egg.

Step 2:
To make the cabbage pakoras, I took a medium-sized cabbage. I cut the cabbage into four parts with the help of a knife, washed it thoroughly with water, and then finely chopped it with the help of a knife.

Step 3:
Now, in a mixing bowl, take the shredded cabbage and mix it with a little salt. Then, gently mash the shredded cabbage with your hands so that the cabbage becomes a little soft. While mash- ing the cabbage, do not apply too much pressure, mash it lightly so that the cabbage becomes soft but does not release any water.

Step 4:
At this stage, I added chopped green chillies, chili powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 3 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup of gram flour for binding, and 1/2 cup of rice powder to make the pakora crispy. To make crispy pakoras, you must use dry rice powder, if you do not have dry rice powder at hand, you can add cornflour.

Step 5:
After adding everything, I gently stirred it and kneaded it. I will prepare the mixture for making cabbage pakoras without applying any pressure. Once everything is mixed well, the mixture will have the perfect binding for the pakoras. The mixture for making cabbage pakoras is ready.

Step 6:
To make the cabbage pakoras, take a little of the mixture on your hand and flatten it, then press the mixture around it with an egg slice to cover the egg and make the pakora shell. Similarly, make all the pakoras and fry them in oil.

Step 7:
To fry the tied cabbage pakoras, I put a pan on the stove, heated the oil in the pan and dropped the pakoras one by one into the hot oil. I kept the stove on medium heat and fried the pakoras. When one side is lightly browned, I flipped them over and fried the other side. After frying for about 7-8 minutes, when all the pakoras turn brown, I drained the oil and took them out.

Step 8:
