Crispy Cabbage Roll Recipe.

Today I will share with you a crunchy and delicious cabbage roll recipe. Cabbage roll is a healthy and delicious dish, which is basically made by steaming or lightly frying leaves and filling them with vegetables and spices. This winter dish is great as a snack.

Step 1:
To make cabbage rolls, first prepare the leaves. For this, boil water in a large pot on the stove, add salt to it, cut the hard veins in the middle of the cabbage, and boil the cabbage in water for 5 minutes to soften it. After five minutes, remove the tied cabbage leaves from the water. At this stage, the cabbage leaves will become soft and will come off easily. I opened the leaves one by one and placed them in a pot.

Step 2:
Cool the cabbage leaves and cut off the tough inner veins to make it easier to wrap. In the same way, I cut off the tough veins of all the leaves with a knife and prepared them for the roll.

Step 3:
Now to make the filling inside the roll, I mashed the boiled potatoes in a bowl. I added two boiled eggs, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, chopped onion and green chili, chopped coriander leaves and breadcrumbs to the mashed potatoes.

Step 4:
After adding all the ingredients to the mixing bowl, I mixed everything very well with my hands to prepare the filling for the rolls. Now that the delicious filling is ready for the rolls, it's time to prepare the rolls.I took the filling in my hands and shaped it into a roll. I rolled all the filling in the same way with my hands.

Step 5:
Now I took the prepared filling and wrapped it neatly around the cabbage leaves to make a roll. Similarly, I wrapped all the leaves with the filling and made a roll and kept it in a container.

Step 6:
Now in a mixing bowl, I took 1 cup gram flour, 1 tablespoon rice powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, a little salt, 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste, and half a teaspoon roasted cumin powder. Then I added normal temperature water little by little to make a batter. I let the gram flour batter rest for ten minutes.

Step 7:
After ten minutes, when the batter has set, I dipped each of the bhadkanpiri wrapped rolls in the besan batter and coated them well with the breadcrumbs. Then I heated the oil in the oven and dropped them in the hot oil.

Step 8:
I fried the rolls in hot oil, turning them over and over. The rolls must be left in the hot oil, otherwise the coating on the surface of the roll will come off. After frying both sides well, I drained the oil.

Step 9:
Hot cabbage rolls are delicious when served with chili sauce or coriander chutney. Cabbage rolls are a great combination of protein and vegetables, and are very easy to make.
