"Recipe of the Day, Week No: 88: (Healthy & Delicious Donut Recipe)”

I hope all my chef friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also well. I invite all my chef friends to my another recipe blog. Today I will share with you a delicious Donut recipe in the Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.88 competition organized by @crismenia sister in the Steemit Iron Chef community.
Ingredients needed for donut recipe

Flour | 250 gm | Egg | 3 pis |
Ghee | 2 tbsp | Sugar | 30 gm |
yeast | 3 gm | Coconut Powder | 1 tbsp |
🥯Making Process🥯
Step 1:
I took 250 grams of flour in a mixing bowl, mixed it well with 3 grams of yeast, 30 grams of sugar and 3 eggs. Once the ingredients are mixed with the flour, add 20 grams of ghee.

Step 2:
After mixing the ghee with the flour mixture, mix everything very well and knead it with your hands to make a dough. When the soft dough is made, let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3:
After letting it rest for 15 minutes, knead the dough well with your hands. Then, using your hands, cut the dough into small pieces.

Step 4:
Now I took a small piece of dough and rolled it into a round shape. Then I flattened it with my hands and rolled it like a loaf. Then I cut out the middle part with a round cookie cutter, as shown in the picture. Now it is made in the shape of a donut, I made all of them in the same way.

Step 5:
I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil. When the oil became slightly hot, I dropped the donuts into the hot oil. The donuts would puff up after some time after being dropped into the oil. When one side turned brown, I flipped them over and fried the other side. While frying the donuts, keep the stove on medium heat so that the donuts are fried well.

Step 6:
I fried all the donuts in the same way and took them out. Now these donuts are ready to be served with tea for afternoon snack.

I sprinkled coconut powder on the donuts while serving them. These homemade donuts are healthy for everyone, young and old.
