This is a street food vendor located at Wamba Road Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa. This street business is operated by two different people which one of whom is in charge of frying buns, meat pie, noodles etc.

The other seller, is in charge of selling heavy food. The place is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm, but sometimes they close before 6 pm when there is a sale, when there is no sale they stay longer in the place selling.

At the time I visited the place, the meat pie, buns, and noodles seller stepped out. A single meat pie is sold for ₦800 which is equivalent to 10 STEEM, while a plate of fried noodles is ₦1,500 which is equivalent to 18 STEEM. The foods are sold cheaply because it is a local street business.

The payment methods are; bank transfer, PoS, and cash payment methods. Although the seller's prefer cash payment method over the bank transfer or point of sale payment method.

The problem with the street business is that it lacks patronage from high-class people due to the surroundings.

The business is situated in a poor hygiene environment as it is close to furniture and a mechanic workshop and it is under a mango tree. On my own, I disliked the environment.

✓ What is your favorite fried item from this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel, or other) and what filling do you always order it with?

My favorite fried item from this stand is meat pie but it was unfortunate that I couldn't buy meat pie from the stand because it had already finished at the time I visited the stand.

✓ Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu?

Yes there don't offer egg ball, egg roll, empanada, pastel, arepa, and others which are lacking in the stand.

✓ How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

I would rate the price 3/5 compared to others in the area because things are affordable in the place. As for taste I can't really tell because I didn't taste anything in the place, but I think there is a little quality in their fried food based on the people I saw eating and smiling.
