Breakfast in the morning
Experts say that it is very important to eat the most nutritious food in the morning because we get the calories for the whole day from breakfast. So I always try to eat light and calorie-rich food in the morning. I drink a glass of hot milk every morning. Along with that, I have other breakfasts every day, but today I had boiled chickpeas with hot milk and a little olive oil. I cooked this chickpea with salt. Chickpeas are a very nutritious food and I like to eat it very much.
My lunch
My mother-in-law can cook various types of fish with great fun. Today she cooked for us fresh pangasius fish from our pond. Since we cultivate it ourselves, it is very fun to eat. I eat a piece of fish every day at noon, it can be any type of fish, be it rui fish, catfish, pangasius fish, tilapia fish, koi fish, etc. I finished my lunch today with a piece of fish with warm rice and a little broth mixed with it, very fun with lemon. It was a very delicious dish, as well as quite nutritious.

I have been eating very little food at night since I was a child. Tonight I made a pudding with milk and eggs. This pudding was so delicious. I ate this pudding at night with our very pure ripe mango Rupali from our tree. This mango Rupali is as sweet as it looks, it is even sweeter to eat, like rasgolla. I can never eat a mango that is very delicious. Because eating one mango does not fill my heart. So I have put several mangoes in this pellet and sat down to eat. This was my meal tonight. I really liked eating this delicious mango.
