And here you will get absolutely authentic spices. There are different types of homemade spices that double the taste of our food. There are several big shops here and these shops have absolutely authentic spices that are very good for our health, so every family in the village buys spices from here for their food.

Here you will get at least 1 to 30 types of spices, maybe more. Turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, garam masala, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, also meat, fish masala, various types of food spices, biryani masala, tehari masala. Halim masala, chatpati masala, fuchkar masala, cardamom, black cumin, mustard seeds, hundreds of other types of spices, which are difficult to name. You will find all of these here in the local market and these shopkeepers make and sell several spices from here themselves.

Along with local spices, you will also find many foreign spices, but their prices are a bit higher, but comparatively less.

And salt is very important to make that food a little more spicy.

Desi or foreign, you can definitely use pepper in any kind of food, along with salt. Although eating less salt is good for the body, there are some foods that do not taste very tasty if there is no touch of salt in them. That is why I think I am a desi, I add pepper and salt to any kind of food.

I live in Bangladesh. I think it is the spice that is used most in Bangladeshi food. Chilli and turmeric are still used in spicy food. Chilli powder is used a lot in fish, meat and vegetables. If you do not add chili powder, it will never taste good. If you do not add a little turmeric, it is not much of a problem, but turmeric is necessary for the beauty of the view, but you have to add chili powder as a spice to eat any type of food. No matter how well you cook it, if chili powder is not added as a spice, then that food will never be good.

Minced meat, fish, fried eggs, biryani, tehari, nehari, in a word, you have to add chili powder to all types of food. Otherwise, the taste of your food will not come out right. So I am saying from Bangladesh that chili powder is very important in all types of food in Bangladesh. In a word, if we want to make any type of our domestic food perfectly, it is very important to add chili powder.
