"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 88: (Tasty Fusion: Turnip curry with Boiled Rice)"

I had cut the onions into thin slices. I also peeled the turnips. Then I cut the turnip into very thin slices. I cut them so finely because they will melt easily and then they can be mashed easily.

Then I put the pan on the stove. Next turned on the flame as usual. I added ghee to the pan. When the ghee was slightly warm. I added the chopped onions to it. I let the onions fry well.

After frying the onions for four to five minutes. I put the tomatoe. Then I fried both the onion and tomato well.

After frying the onions and tomatoes. I added salt red chilli turmeric and chilli flakes.

Now I added some water to it. And let the spices fry well. The spices were well fried.

Then I added the chopped turnips to it and mixed the turnips well with the spices. Then I added water as needed so that it would dissolve well and cook well.

After some time, when I saw that the turnips had ripened well. I took a masher and at the same time I mashed all the turnips. I mashed all the turnips well.

Then I added a tablespoon of sugar to it. I used sugar because I didn't boil it first. So if there is any bitterness in it. Guys It will go away and the curry will be spicy and sweet with a delicious flavor. Then I turned up the flame and fried the curry well. Now my 😋 delicious and tasty curry is ready.

Today guys I was in the mood to eat rice with this delicious curry. There for I boiled the rice. Guys to boil the rice I filled a pan with water and placed it on the stove. I turned on the flame. I washed the rice and soaked it well. As soon as the water started boiling. I added the rice to it. Then the rice was cooked and boiled well. After that I drained all the water. After that, I also boiled the rice.
