Guys hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah I am completely fine. Please tell me how are you? The blessed month of Ramadan is going on these days and the heart feels a special peace. The blessings of fasting the atmosphere of worship preparing for Iftar. And spending time with family all these things make Ramadan even more beautiful. In this month we try to keep our hearts clean earn maximum good deeds and cook simple. But delicious food so that everyone can break Iftar together happily. My days are also going very well Alhamdulillah, along with daily tasks. I try to make something new for Iftar. In this regard today I have brought a special recipe for you all which is very delicious and easy especially for Ramadan. Friends these cutlets are not only amazing in taste. But also add charm to the Iftar table. Believe me this recipe is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Everyone in my house liked it very much. And I sincerely hope that if you also try this in your house everyone will like it very much. So today I will share this special Ramadan recipe with you. I hope you will like it and try making it at home.

| 3 | Onion 🧅 | 2 medium size |
| 4 | Chopped green chilli | 1 tablespoon |
| 5 | Green coriander | 2 table spoon |
| 6 | Turmeric | one teaspoon |
| 7 | Red chilli | 1 tablespoon |
| 8 | Chilli flakes | 1 tablespoon |
| 9 | Salt 🧂 | according to test |
| 10 | Zeera powder | 1 teaspoon |
| 11 | Black pepper powder | 1 teaspoon |
| 12 | Corn flour | 2 tablespoon |

- First I took the boiled potatoes and mashed them well. So that they were completely soft and there were no lumps left in them. Then I added chopped green spices to it which included coriander. I also added chopped green chilies to give it a some spiciness. Then I mixed all these things well with the potatoes.
- Now I added the chopped onion. I had chopped the onion very finely so that it would mix well into the mixture. After that I also added the chopped carrot which I had already chopped. The carrots here will not only enhance its beauty but also add flavor. Then I mixed them all into the potato mixture.
- Now I added the spices. In the spices I added turmeric red chilli powder black pepper powder cumin powder and salt. I have mentioned the quantity of all these above. You can add according to your taste. I measured all the spices so that the taste was even. Then I started mixing them well with the help of a spoon.
- Once all the spices were well mixed. I mixed the whole mixture well. So that everything was well combined. Then I added two tablespoons of corn flour to it. So that the mixture binds well and does not break while making the cutlets. And they also turn out delicious and crispy.Then I mixed everything well again by hand. So that the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.
- Now I started making the cutlets from this prepared mixture. I made some into round pieces and some into cutlet shapes. I made the cutlets in two shapes so that they are easy to eat and look at and both shapes look very good as cutlets. And besides they cook evenly while frying. When I was giving them shapes. I also pressed them very carefully from above. So that they became thin and uniform.
- Now it was time to prepare for frying. I put the crumbs on a plate and broke an egg and beat it on another plate. Then I took a cutlet and dipped it well in the first egg so that it was coated on all sides. Then I rolled each piece well in crumbs. So that it would be crispy after this coating and frying.
- Now I put the pan on the stove and heated the oil in it. When the oil was well heated. I carefully placed the cutlets in the pan. I fried them on low heat until golden brown. And in the same way I let it fry well from the other side. After that I fried all the remaining cutlets in the same way.
