Recipe: Chicken chap.
Assalamu Alaikum friends, broiler chicken is an excellent source of high-quality protein, niacin, selenium and phosphorus. It helps in muscle building, body cell repair and bone development, and it is low in fat, which helps in weight control. It also contains vitamin-B6, iron, and zinc, which help in maintaining good overall health. A good source of high-quality protein, which is essential for building muscles, bones and body cells. It contains important vitamins and minerals like niacin, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, zinc and iron. It is lower in fat than beef, so it is helpful in weight management. It helps in repairing body tissues and maintaining muscle mass.
Ingredients
Boneless breast meat 🍗
Mustard oil 🍶
Chili powder 🫙
Chart masala🫙
Chicken chap masala🫙
Hot spices🫙
Jeera powder 🫙
Coriander powder🫙
Soy sauce🍶
Tomato sauce🥫

Recipe
🍗 First, I cleaned the chicken meat well without bones. I took the meat in a bowl and added all the spices one by one. After adding the spices, I marinated it very well with the help of my hands.
🍗 Once marinated with spices, add soy sauce and tomato sauce and marinate well again. Once marinated, add mustard oil and mix well with your hands.
🍗 Once marinated, keep it in a normal fridge for 2 hours. So that all the spices set well. Do not take it out of the fridge after 2 hours.
🍗 First heat the frying pan and add mustard oil to it. When the oil is hot, add the chicken.
🍗 Fry the chicken for 20 minutes on medium heat.
🍗 When the chicken is fried, I make it.
