Recipe: Making tempting olive pickles.

Assalamu Alaikum my dear all the steem members how are you all, I am also well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. Who does not like to eat pickles or chutney. And the winter season has started in November. At this time, olive pickles or chutney are made in almost every house. Not only at home but also in the market, pickles are sold. But nowadays pickles are also sold on online platforms and people buy from there. People of all ages love to eat pickles. Many people like to eat pickles with khichuri or hot rice. Today I made pickles and chutney.

Ingredients

Olives150 grams
Jaggery1 cup
Pickle spices1/2 teaspoon
Oil1 teaspoon
Garlic1 piece
SaltTo taste

⚜ First wash the olives well. Grate all the olives with the help of a grater.

⚜ Fry five pickled vegetables in a pan with all the spices and dry chilies on low heat.

⚜ Once the spices are roasted, grind them into powder using a mortar and pestle.

⚜ Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the garlic cloves and the graded olives.

⚜ Stir the olives for some time, add jaggery to it, add salt to taste and light water and add some samana jal.

⚜ When the olive water has dried up and reduced, add the powdered spices to it and stir for some time.

⚜ The spices mix with the chutney and give off a nice aroma. When it reduces completely, do not reduce it.
