"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 101: (Egg chop with potatoes)"
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. Ramadan Mubarak to everyone, how is everyone's Ramadan going? I am having a good time. I like the time of Ramadan more than the rest of the time. During the month of Ramadan, people eat many types of delicious food for iftar, among which the fried food is the one. With that in mind, today I am making egg chops with potatoes. Let's find out how I make egg chops with these potatoes.
Ingredients :
- Boiled Potato 🥔
- Boiled Egg 🥚
- Gram Flour 🫙
- Rice Powder 🫙
- Baking Soda🫙
- Salt 🫙
- Turmeric Powder 🫙
- Chilli Powder 🫙
- Cumin Powder 🫙
- Coriander Powder 🫙
- Chart Masala 🫙
- Chili Flakes 🌶️
- Chopped Onion 🧅
- Chopped Garlic 🧄
- Oil 🍶
- Water 🫗
Ready Method:
🫓 First, boil the potatoes, then boil the eggs.
🫓 To make the batter, mix rice flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, salt in gram flour and add enough water to make a batter using your hands.
🫓 Boiled potatoes are not mashed. Boiled eggs are not peeled and cut.
🫓 Mash the mashed potatoes with chopped onion, garlic, chili flakes and all the spices and mix them with your hands.
🫓 Once all the ingredients are added to the mashed potatoes, add the potato mixture to the chopped eggs and mix well. Once the potato mixture is mixed into the eggs, let it rest for some time.
🫓 Heat the oil in a pan well. Dip the eggs in the gram flour and leave them in the oil and fry on medium heat. When they are well fried, do not take them off.
