And in this winter, all kinds of vegetables are seen. And these winter crops contain a lot of vitamins, protein, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, etc. Now let's know about the nutritional value and benefits of spinach. Spinach is rich in vitamins, iron and minerals, which help to eliminate anemia, strengthen bones and increase immunity.
Spinach contains a lot of iron, which helps to increase blood in the body and eliminates anemia. Calcium and other minerals in it help to strengthen the structure of bones and teeth. Vitamin A in spinach helps to increase eyesight. The potassium and nitrates in it help control blood pressure by dilating blood vessels. Spinach is low in calories and rich in fiber, which helps in weight loss. Being rich in vitamins and minerals, it increases the body's immunity and reduces the rate of disease infection. Ingredients
- Spinach 🍃
- Coriander leaves 🌱
- Onion 🧅
- Green chili 🌶
- Turmeric powder
- Cereal powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt to taste

- As much gram flour 🍙
🍃 First step: First wash the vegetables well and chop them finely. Wash the coriander leaves, onion, and green chilies well and chop them finely.
🍃 Step Two: In a bowl, add spinach, coriander leaves, chopped onion, chopped green chilies one by one and mix all the spices well with your hands.
🍃 Step 3: Once the spices are well mixed, add gram flour and mix well again, and shape it into a ball using your hands.
🍃 Step Four: Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add all the pakoras one by one and fry them on medium heat. When they are fried, put a tissue on a half plate and remove it. No so that it absorbs the excess oil.
When all the pakoras are fried, serve them hot with hot tomato sauce. Everyone can make this as an evening snack at home.
