Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Winter is the main season for brinjal production. As brinjal is produced in this winter season, it is also marketed. Brinjal is rich in fiber, vitamin-B6, potassium and helps in increasing digestion. Many types of recipes can be made with brinjal. So today I have also made a simple recipe. This recipe does not take much time and becomes quick in a short time. I made it in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

★ 1 eggplant 🍆
★ Chili powder 🫙
★ Turmeric powder 🫙
★ Coriander powder 🫙
★ Cumin powder 🫙
★ Salt 🫙
★ Oil 🍶

Recipe

🍆First, take a large eggplant and wash it well.

🍆 Cut the eggplant lengthwise using a chopper.

🍆 Once the eggplants are cut, use a knife to make zigzag cuts in the middle of the eggplant so that the spices can penetrate inside the eggplant.

🍆 Mix all the spices one by one with a little water in a bowl.

🍆 Once the spices are mixed, apply the spices to the cut eggplant and leave it for 5 minutes.

🍆 Heat a pan on the stove with a little oil.

🍆 When the oil is hot, add the marinated eggplant.

🍆 Fry the brinjals on low heat for 15 minutes. When the brinjals are fried, serve them.
