SLC28-W2 // "Lentils Soup"

in Steemit Iron Cheflast month (edited)

Greetings to the Steemit Family!

The winter season has spread its soft but dry air everywhere. In such a situation, the search for things that keep the body warm from the inside and provide nutrition increases. With this in mind, I am pleased to present my participation in the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28 – Week 2, which is titled:

"Lentils Soup – A Healthy and Hot Lentil Soup"

The best thing about dal soup is that it is both light and nutritious. The combination of three different pulses — yellow mong, red lentil and sabit lentil — makes this soup rich, thick and very healthy for the body. Added vegetables, butter, and mild spices not only add flavor but also strengthen the body's immunity.

🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Lentils Soup

First I bathed all the vegetables one by one under cold handling water. After cleaning, cut onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage and celery finely. rasp ginger and garlic to form a pristine paste to adjoin natural incense and air to the soup.

Wash the pulses thoroughly with three separate hands. Then I soaked them for about ten minutes. By this process the pulses are digested quickly and the soup becomes more tender.

Pour three mugs of water in a pressure cookstove, add the soused lentils.

1000133319.jpg

1000133322.jpg

Also add all the diced vegetables. Spices — swab, turmeric, cumin powder, paprika and bay recesses are added.

Close the cooker and give 3 to 4 whistles. It takes about 25 minutes if cooked in a pot.

When the lentils and vegetables were comprehensively distorted, I deposit them in a blender and combined until sophisticated and delicate.

This move makes the soup eatery- style thin and delicate.

Heat butter in a different visage and smoothly fry ginger garlic paste and celery leaves.

When savory , add the combined soup and cook on medium flame for 8- 10 minutes.

If too thick, 1 cup additional water can be added. Finally sprinkle black pepper and the soup is ready to serve hot.

🍲 what challenges do you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem

It was difficult to determine the correct thickness of the soup—adding a little too much water tends to thin it out. Cabbage does not rot quickly — sometimes takes time to soften. Blending becomes too foamy — needs re-cooking to reduce.
