I hope that you are all well and healthy by the grace of God. Now the coolness of the winter is feeling properly and for that time the hot and full of energy bowl of soup having great choice for warmness and nutrients and also fill the water level in the body. That's why I'm again participating in the Steemit learning challenge season 28 week 3 and that week challenge topic is chicken corn soup.

This soup is not even good in taste but provides nutrients, warmness to body and full of health. Especially this soup is very good for children, older and for sick people.


🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients

Soya sauce 1 tablespoon

Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

Salt 1/2 Tablespoon

Black pepper powder 1/2 Tablespoon

Garlic As required

Step by Step Preparation

First of all I picked the chicken with bones because the stock ready with bones chicken is full of nutrients and healthy. I putting the chicken in vinegar water for 5 minutes and then washing with fresh clean water.

In pressure cooker I added five cup water, one tablespoon salt and a piece of garlic and ginger and then boiled the chicken for 10 minutes in pressure cooker.

Between this I boil the corn for 10 to 15 minutes with salt.

When chicken is soft then I removed the chicken meat from bones and with the help of fork shred the chicken.

I also separate the beans of the boil corn and put them in the small bowl.

In pan I added one tablespoon oil and adding chicken and frying for few seconds for better taste and flavour and fragrance. Also added white pepper powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce and paprika and garlic.

Then I put back the prepared chicken stock in the pan.

And also added the corn and cooked for ten minutes. After that I beat the two eggs and adding in the soup and Continuosly stirring it until creating the silky ribbons.

Adding corn flour in water and putting them in the soup for better and perfect soup thickness.

When soup comes to it perfect thickness then I added black pepper in the end and served in the bowl.

🍲 Final presentation with date and user name

In the end I write my username and date and decorated with some coriander leaves and served them in the bowl.

🍲 What healthy nutrients are found in chicken corn Soup and what is your personal experience of having a warmth and healthy chicken corn soup bowl in cozy and cold winter

Protein which is available in the chicken making body stronger and powerful, else fibres present in the corn balance the digestive system. Combination of both of these are very benefit for cold, flu, cough and weakness.
When I making soup my kitchen is filled with aroma and fragrance and drinking soup in the winter is very memorable and enjoyed moments. I also share this recipe with my family's and they also very enjoyed it.
