Assalamu Alaikum, I am really happy to participate in the second week of "Steemit Challenge Season 28. A nutritious and healthy soup made with the best of three ingredients: yellow moong dal, red lentils and brown lentils. A very tasty and delicious balanced and strong soup for people of all ages in winter. This week I will participate in the "SLC28-W2//"Lentils Soup". competition organized by respected teacher @uzma4882 madam, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. | Onion leaves | 8-10 grams chopped |
| Ginger paste | 1 teaspoon |

| Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Cumin powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Paprika powder | ½ tsp for taste |
| Black pepper powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Bay leaf | 2 pcs |
| Butter | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | for taste |
| Waters | To boil 3 cups |

- First, I washed the vegetables I bought from the market, such as carrots, tomatoes, onion leaves, and cabbage, thoroughly with water. Then I cut the vegetables into small small pieces with a knife.

- I washed the yellow moong dal, red lentils, and whole lentils thoroughly, placed them in 3 separate bowls, and soaked them in water for about 10 minutes.

- I put a pressure cooker on the stove, added 3 glasses of water, and then added the pre-soaked lentils one by one.

- Now I will add my pre-chopped vegetables like chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots, chopped onion leaves, chopped cabbage to the pressure cooker.

- Now it's time to add the spices, like ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, bay leaf, and salt to taste. Then mix all the ingredients well.

- All the ingredients have been put in the pressure cooker, now put the lid on the pressure cooker and set it for three to four whistles. Because so that all the ingredients will be very soft and creamy texture will be created. After the creamy texture is created in the pressure cooker, I took the mixture out of the pressure cooker and kept it in a container.

- Blender is the best way to get a better smoothie texture from vegetable and lentil mixtures. Now I blend the mixtures well in a blender and make a smoothie mixture.

- For the next step, I put a pan on the stove, heat butter in it on low heat, add ginger garlic paste, and finely chopped onion leaves one by one. Now I will cook them and keep stirring them gently. So that it is well fried. Then I will add the lentils and vegetable mixture and cook for more than 8-10 minutes.
- Finally, while cooking the lentil soup, I add 1 cup of water to thin out the flavor and texture. Now I cook the soup for 6 to 7 minutes, so that all the flavors of the lentil soup blend and the texture of the soup is formed. After cooking, I sprinkle black pepper powder on top of the soup and pour it into a bowl.

I had a little trouble making my lentil soup this week. It is a whole lentil soup, I was looking for this whole lentil in every grocery store in our area, but no grocery store could give me it. They have all kinds of lentil but they did not have this whole lentil. So I went to a few grocery stores in our neighborhood market, and finally got this whole lentil in one grocery store. I read about getting the whole lentil, I already had all the ingredients ready at home. Alhamdulillah, I followed your recipe post and made this lentil soup very easily.
