Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander

People all over the world love to eat ketchup sometimes it is used with burgers sometimes with bread sometimes with shawarma or fries
Today I wIll teach you how to make a special green herbal ketchup that as full of taste and benefits
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Quantity |

| Fresh Tomatoes | 200 g |
| White Vinegar | half cup |
| Salt | half spoon |
| Green Chili | 3 |
| Fresh Mint | 3 little glasses |
| Fresh Coriander | 1 little glasses |
| Sugar | 100 g |
| Cooking Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Water | Half glass |

Step by Step Method
1 Wash the mint and coriander leaves well in clean water
2 Dry them completely so that there is no water left
3 Separate the leaves from their stems and measure two small glasses of mint leaves and two of coriander leaves
4 Cut the green chilies into small pieces and put all these ingredients into the blender jug
5 Add half a glass of water and grind them well until a green smooth paste is formed
6 Add half a cup of white vinegar and salt to taste and blend again to make a fine mixture
7 Do not filter this mixture otherwise its taste and benefits will reduce
8 Now boil 350 grams of tomatoes with four tablespoons of water until their skin starts to peel off
9 Let them cool and grind them in a juicer then filter the tomato solution using a clean cloth or mesh
10 Pour the filtered tomato paste into a pot and cook it on low flame until it thickens
11 Add the prepared green mixture of mint coriander and green chilies into this tomato paste and mix it gently
12 Add sugar and oil and stir slowly until the ketchup becomes thick and smooth
13 Do not cook for too long otherwise its color and taste may change
14 A tasty green ketchup is ready to serve

It smells refreshing because of the mint and coriander
It can be served with bread shawarma fries or any fast food and everyone will like it
It also uses fewer tomatoes and more herbs which makes it healthy and light
