Hoy en día hemos visto un crecimiento acelerado de personas intolerante al gluten, lo cual ha diversificado el mundo culinario en diferentes ramas con menu especiales elaborados con productos libres de gluten, se que todos tenemos algún conocido, algún familiar, o hasta lo vivimos en casa, algún miembro de nuestra familia que sea intolerante al gluten.

No es fácil trabajar menu de personas intolerante al gluten, por eso a traves de esta dinámica queremos conocer algunas recomendaciones de comidas para celiaticos y ayudarnos entre todos a variar el menu de comidas libres de gluten, ya sean comidas, postres, bebidas.
