Hoy regresamos con la dinámica de colores en nuestras comidas, y nada mejor que cerrar el mes del amor y la mistad con la tonalidad roja en nuestro desfile de colores en nuestras comidas, dándole continuidad a esta genial dinámica que ha tenido mucha receptividad, donde cada semana estaremos presentando un color que sera el protagonista, participar es muy sencillo queremos que te diviertas mientras preparas o degustas una comida, postre, bebida, fruta o simplemente condimentas o utilizas un ingrediente con el color protagonista de la semana en tus comidas

Esta semana el color rojo en toda su gama es el protagonista, un color que representa muchas emociones como el amor, la valentía, la pasión, la actividad. El color rojo es icono en este mes.

¿ Como puedo participar?

Comparte hermosas capturas fotográficas de una comida, bebida, postre, fruta, condimento, ingrediente que uses del color protagonista de la semana con una breve descripción si los has utilizado en tus comida, o como obtuvo el color rojo esa comida, bebida. Si es alguna fruta roja , háblanos de sus propiedades y beneficios.

No es necesario que nos muestre el paso a paso de la preparación de esta comida, cuéntanos datos interesante de esa comida que tiene como ingrediente o presentación final el color rojo en cualquiera de su gama,puede ser datos de costo o disponibilidad en el mercado, también es de nuestro interés conocer que causa en ti este color cuando lo visualizas en las comidas.

How can I participate?

Share beautiful pictures of a food, drink, dessert, fruit, condiment, ingredient that you use with the main colour of the week with a brief description if you have used them in your food, or how you got the red colour of that food, drink. If it is a brown fruit or nut, tell us about its properties and benefits..

It is not necessary that you show us the step by step of the preparation of this food, tell us interesting data of that food that has as ingredient or final presentation the red colour in any of its range, it can be data of cost or availability in the market, it is also of our interest to know what causes in you this colour when you visualise it in the meals.
