Stepping into Steemit Iron Chef — Where Fitness Meets Flavor & Creativity


Hello Steemit Iron Chef community

It feels really good to finally be here.

Not just to post… but to actually be part of something that connects creativity, food, and everyday living in such a practical way.

This is my first post in this community, and instead of rushing in with a random recipe, I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself and share the journey that brought me here.

Because for me, this isn’t just about food…
it’s about growth, lifestyle, and expression.


I am @praizclassic01 and I’m writing from Nigeria 🇳🇬

I’m someone who is constantly trying to improve himself—physically, mentally, and in the small everyday habits that people often overlook.

My days are a mix of structure and randomness.

One moment I’m focused on getting things done, staying disciplined, and working on myself…
and the next moment, I’m in the kitchen experimenting with food combinations or figuring out how to make something simple taste even better

But through all of this, one thing remains constant:
I’m intentional about becoming better, step by step.

Recently, I started taking my fitness more seriously.

And like most people, I realized something very important — going to the gym alone is not enough.

What you eat plays a huge role in the results you get.

That realization changed everything for me.

I started paying attention to:

  • What I consume
  • How I prepare my meals
  • And how food can actually support my goals instead of slowing me down

Instead of seeing food as just something to eat, I began to see it as something I can create, improve, and experiment with.


I’m not here to do anything overly complicated.

My approach is simple:

  • Make food that is easy, practical, and beneficial

For example, I’ve been experimenting with smoothies using ingredients like:

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Dates
  • Tigernut
  • Milk
  • Eggs

Blending them together to create something that is not just tasty, but also supports muscle growth and overall health.

And at the same time…
I still enjoy normal life moments—like grabbing shawarma when I’m too tired to cook 😂🌯

Because balance matters too.

What I’ll Be Sharing Here

Being part of the Steemit Iron Chef community, I won’t just be posting food pictures and moving on.

I’ll be sharing clear, step-by-step methods showing exactly how I prepare these meals and drinks.

Nothing complicated. Nothing confusing.

Just:

  • Simple recipes you can follow
  • Real-life cooking experiences
  • Smoothies and meals that support fitness
  • Honest results (both successes and mistakes)

I want my content to be something anyone can look at and say:

  • “I can actually try this myself.”
