Today I have 2 important announcement for the community, two amazing news indeed!

1. Booming Support will continue for February 2022!

If you read the latest announcement post from SteemitBlog, you have surely noticed the part where it was announced that Booming support will continue same for February!

This is simple great news for SIC and all the members!

We have been doing great since we started 9 months back! And I am sure we will keep up improving and getting better each and everyday!

Having the support from the Steemit Team, shows that Steemit Iron Chef is a trustworthy community and we are running it the best way we can so that all our members posting quality posts are rewarded accordingly!

Booming nominations : 1 daily for each contest running!

This is how we will proceed now on...usually we have 4 different contests running in SIC, so everyday we will have the leader selecting the best of the day and nominate for booming.

And very important : YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF A CLUB TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BOOMING SUPPORT!!!

2. Curator for food tag!!!

I am in the winning team who will overlook the Lifestyle Curation on Steemit which englobes : Food / Travel / Sports / Lifestyle / Health / Garden

I will be checking on all food posts everyday and each Monday I will be using the curation account (500000 SP) to vote on the selected posts...

Not only in SIC though...

Food tag...such an important one on any social media platform!

We do have people making low quality posts and using food tag...but in general the food tag attracts and so many people posts on it every single day...

By looking for top quality posts/authors, we will surely raise the level of our food authors and have Steemit getting better...

The goal is to find top authors and give them some support...they can be here in SIC or posting in any other community!
