FOODCOLORCHALLENGE| Colorful Popsicle Week| Fruit Popsies

Hello everyone. This contest is prepared by @sanuri with the entry theme of the week: Colorful Popsicle Week 🍡!

It is summer time here and it is really hot and humid. This contest is just in time for something cool and refreshing. This recipe i will be sharing to you is another kid approved summer treat. Another summer activity that my neices and nephews do. This is not just flavored ice but with real fruit bits. I will also be sharing a little trick to make this not to be so drippy and messy when toddlers eat it. I love how random the patterns in every popsie. The flavors doesnt overlap with each other too.

Here is what i used:
Water
Fruits
Lemon syrup
Molder

How i made it:

• Wash and cut your fruit choices in desired size. Mine are grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon and kiat-kiat.
• Mix lemon syrup and water. Making a faint lemonade taste. We do not want to overpower the taste of the fruits.
• Place random fruits in a popsicle molder and add the faint lemonade mixture.
• Freeze until rock hard. 😆 Enjoy.

NOTES:
You can put a little clear agar-agar to the mixture of the lemonade. With this ingredient in the mixture the little toddlers can learn to enjoy eating popsies than crying and asking to wipe their hands and drips everywhere. 😆
