What is your favorite natural juice or smoothie and how often do you consume it?

One of my favorite natural drinks is a fresh fruit juice or smoothie. Cold fresh fruit juice refreshes the body quickly, especially during hot weather. Natural juices made from different fruits like mango, orange, pineapple or watermelon are not only delicious but also very beneficial for the body. So whenever I get a chance I like to drink this kind of natural drink.One of my personal favorite juices is mango juice or mango smoothie. As the taste of mango is sweet and dense, it also gives energy to the body and is quite relaxing on hot days. Sometimes I also drink pineapple or orange juice, as they are very refreshing and relieve body fatigue.

Usually we consume more juice from familiar fruits like mango, orange, pineapple or watermelon, but when other ingredients are added to these fruits, the taste becomes completely different. So I am always interested in trying new flavors as it makes the drinking experience much more enjoyable.For example, a smoothie made with mango mixed with mint leaves or lemon is very refreshing. The sweet taste of mango combined with the coolness of mint and the slightly sour taste of lemon makes the drink a great comfort on a hot day.
