Assalamu Alaikum. I am starting my blogging today by greeting and welcoming everyone. I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah I am also doing well. I have come to participate in the first week of the learning challenge with you today. First of all, I would like to thank my dear teacher for selecting a very nice topic through which we got the opportunity to share the description of a beautiful street food shop with you. We can constantly learn and gain experience. I will return to the main point without prolonging the discussion.

Chicken Kebab.

What is your favorite fried item from this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel or other) and what filling do you always order it with?

First of all, the shop that I will describe in detail to you is Delhi Kitchen. This is a very famous shop in our Cox's Bazar city. The food is of very good quality. Especially during the month of Ramadan, they sell fried foods. Very interesting and delicious food that they prepare healthily. If it comes to health, then it must be said that the food is sold in a very beautiful way, and everyone collects food for Iftar from far and wide from Delhi Kitchen.

Several items are prepared here. Chicken chop, chicken doughnut, various items of jilapi are available here. Moreover, chicken iftars of various items are sold. Moreover, brinjal chop and potato chop are available there. And when it comes to meat, pigeon roast and chicken roast are available here. In other words, naan, roti, and chicken kebab are all items available for Iftar here. Moreover, fried bundia is available, which I like to eat very much. However, I like the jilbab item very much.

The jilapi here is fried with great care. Basically, three items of jilbab are sold here. Which are very tasty to eat, but the price is a little higher. Moreover, it is made separately with sugar and again with jaggery. However, I really like the chicken chops and chicken kebabs here. My kids like them very much, but I don't always bring them with me. I really like eating chicken kebabs during iftar. Eating these kebabs gives a different feeling.

Even if I make them at home, I don't like them that much. I really like eating Do Delhi Kitchen kebabs. I bring chicken kebabs from there every two days. And the chicken jilapi that is made here is amazing. Moreover, it is fried with ghee, which is very tasty to eat. I always bring it. The iftars here are very tasty to eat, because they are all fried with ghee, which gives a different taste.

Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu?

Another item among the fried foods is onion, which I really like to eat. It is very tasty to eat at any time, not only during Ramadan. What they don't put in the iftar list is a piyajo. They have many items, but they don't put piyajo in this item. If they had put onion in the fried food menu, it would have been very good.

Since the quality of their food is very good, maybe it would have been better if they had put onion in the fried food menu. I really want to eat, but it would have been better if they had put onion in their fried food list. However, they used to keep fried bundia in other years, but they didn't keep it this year. Because they fry bundia in ghee, and it tastes very good. If they always have this fried street food menu, it would be very good.

How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

There are street food shops in different places. However, the price of food in each place is different and tastes different. When we evaluate the quality of food, it is different. Sometimes there are many shops sitting on the roadside, but their food does not look healthy. But their food is available at low prices. Again, it is seen that although their food is cheap, it does not taste good. When we analyse the quality, taste and price of food in different places, I will say one thing, the quality of food in Delhi Kitchen is very good.

The food in this shop is made very healthily with ghee, which is very good to eat. And they cook the food very beautifully and sell it in very beautiful covers, which attracts the attention of any customer. If we talk about the price, then I will say that the price of food in this shop is a little higher than in other shops. Compared to the way their food is prepared, and the taste of the food is good, I think they keep the prices good.

Because when food is prepared with good oil and good ghee, the cost is higher. When things are prepared with good ingredients, it is also tasty to eat.
