I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am doing very well. Haleem is a very popular dish these days and it is one of my favorite dishes. Anyway, today I will share the Haleem recipe with you. So let's get started.
Ingredients required:

| Halim masala packet | One |
| Onion | 8 to 10 |
| Green chillies | Seven to eight |
| Cucumbers | Two |
| Lemons | Two |
| Turmeric powder | One tablespoon |
| Chili powder | One and a half tablespoons |
| Coriander powder | Half tablespoon |
| Jeera powder | Half tablespoon |
| Ginger and garlic paste | Two tablespoons |
| Salt | Quantity as required |
| Cooking oil | Quantity as required |

Preparation method:
- Step 1: First, I will peel the onions, wash them in clean water and chop them finely. Then I will chop the green chillies.
- Step 2: Then I will fry half the chopped onion in oil and make a batter. I will keep the remaining half of the onion chopped for adding to the halim.
- Step Three : Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion, add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Then add all the ingredients like Ginger garlic paste turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and a little water and mix it with the beef gizzard.
- Step Four: Then I will put the pot on the stove and cook it. First I will boil it for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then I will add water and cook it for another 25 minutes. When it is done, I will take it off the stove.
- Step Five: Now I will take hot water in a pot and pour the boiling hot water into another pot. Then I will tear the halima packet and put the first packet of dal in the boiling hot water and stir it continuously with a spoon. Then I will leave it to rest for about 15 minutes and cover it with a lid.
- Sixth step: Then put the Halim pot in the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Seven to eight minutes before the Halim is done, add the cooked beef mince. Then mix the spices from the Halim packet with the spices and cook.
- Seventh step: Now chop two onions, cucumber and lemon. Then put the Halim in a bowl and serve it with onion slices, lemon juice, chopped onion, chopped cucumber and a small amount of chopped coriander leaves.


That's it, my today's recipe for Halim is ready. It is a very delicious and tempting dish to eat. This dish is available in restaurants or roadside hotels and has to be eaten with a lot of rice or unhealthy food. If you prepare the dish healthily at home and eat it, everyone in the house can eat the recipe at a low cost. I made this dish for my family and we all sat together and ate this delicious dish.
