Today I am going to share with you a recipe for a curry made with Hilsa Fish. This Hilsa fish curry I made today is quite delicious and can be made at home anytime and eaten with the whole family. This hilsa fish curry is mainly eaten with white rice. So let's share the recipe with you.

| Ingredients for Hilsa Fish Curry |
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Hilsa Fish | 500 gram |
| Chopped potato | 150 gram |
| Chopped tomatoes | 100 gram |
| Chopped onions | 60 gram |
| Chopped green chili | 4 piece |
| Chopped coriander leaves | As per quantity (optional) |
| Chili powder | 3 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 2 teaspoon |
| Ginger-garlic paste | 2 teaspoon |
| Salt | As per taste |
| & Oil | As per quantity |
First, marinate the fish well with a little turmeric and salt. Then put a pan on the stove and add some oil to it. Then add the fish one by one and fry the fish well, turning them over. Once fried, remove the fish and place them in a bowl.
Now put another pan on the stove and add some oil to it. Then add chopped onion, chopped green chili and chopped potato and fry them well. Once it is fried, I will add the chopped tomatoes and fry it again for a while. After frying, I will add a little water to it.
Now I will add all the spices one by one like chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt in the required quantity. Once the spices are added, I will stir everything well and mix it, then I will cover the pan with a lid.
After about 10 minutes, I will open the lid, if the water in it dries up a bit, I will add chopped coriander leaves in it and then add 3 more cups of water. After adding water, I will add the fried fish in it one by one. Then I will let it cook well for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, I will stir it a little so that the curry does not burn on the bottom of the pan.
After about 15-20 minutes, our delicious Hilsa fish curry will be ready, now let's take it off the stove.
Now I served our delicious Hilsa fish curry in a bowl according to my taste. Here I also took a selfie with the recipe I made.☺️
