The name of this fruit shop is Saju Fruit Store. It is located in the market beside Parbatipur Shaheed Minar. The shop remains open from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Since the market is situated in a very central and busy area near the Shaheed Minar, this shop always has a good number of customers.

As this is a fruit shop, almost all kinds of fruits are available here. For example: grapes, apples, lemons, pomegranates, bananas, different types of nuts, various kinds of dates, and many other fruits.

The shop is operated only by the owner himself, which helps him maintain fair pricing based on wholesale market rates. Even though he makes only a small profit, customers prefer buying fruits from this shop because of the good quality and reasonable prices.

In my opinion, the shop owner is very honest. He never cheats on weight or measurement and always provides good-quality products to customers. Sometimes fruits get damaged or spoiled, but he never sells those to customers. Instead, he throws them away or takes them home.

I really liked his honesty and dedication. Managing the entire shop alone is not easy, but he does it very well.

The shop is clean, well-organized, and nicely arranged. Each type of fruit is placed in a specific area, making the shop look attractive. There is no garbage around the shop, and waste is disposed of properly.

The shopkeeper’s behavior is very polite and friendly. He talks nicely with everyone and always tries to satisfy customers so that they return again.

I always judge fruits and vegetables based on their appearance, cleanliness, and quality. Personally, I prefer buying fruits that look fresh, clean, and well-maintained. No customer wants to buy spoiled or damaged fruits.

Before purchasing, I always check the size, cleanliness, and overall quality. The shop’s environment and location also reflect the quality of the fruits. In this shop, the fruits clearly show good quality and freshness.

✓ Are there any fruits or vegetables that you would have liked to find in this store?

In my personal opinion, if strawberries were available in this shop, sales would increase significantly. In Bangladesh, strawberries are only available during winter. If the shop adds strawberries along with other fruits, it would attract more customers and improve the shopkeeper’s income.

So, I believe adding strawberries would be beneficial in every way.

✓ How was your overall experience in the store? Do you think any aspect should be improved?

Overall, my experience at Saju Fruit Store was very good. The shop owner is polite, friendly, and often offers small discounts to maintain good relationships with customers. He sells fruits with very low profit, which is why the shop is always crowded.

However, I feel the shop would benefit from expanding its space. Due to limited space and a large number of products, the fruits sometimes look overcrowded. If the shop area were larger and better decorated, it would look even more attractive and organized.

In my opinion, expanding the shop’s space is the most important improvement needed for future growth.
