Name, Location, and Opening Hours
Today I would like to talk about an ethnic restaurant called Royalty Lounge. It is located on the 6th floor of RAMC Shopping Complex in Rangpur, which is the largest shopping mall in the city.
The shopping complex is easy to reach from any part of Rangpur by auto, car, or bike because the transportation system is quite good. There is also a lift facility, so going up to the 6th floor is very convenient.
The restaurant follows regular opening hours like most other restaurants. It remains open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is suitable for both lunch and dinner plans.
Menu Details (Quality and Price)
Royalty Lounge offers a wide variety of local and international food items. Because of the large number of options, customers have plenty of choices when selecting their meals. The food items are presented attractively, and the variety sometimes makes it difficult to decide what to order.
Overall, the food quality is good, and the pricing is reasonable considering the location, environment, and variety of dishes available.

The food quality here is really good. I tried the chicken biryani, and it was perfectly seasoned and flavorful. Considering the price, the biryani offered great value. I also had a cold drink served with the meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

One thing I really liked about Royalty Lounge is its modern payment system. Both cash and online payment options are available. Customers can easily pay using popular mobile banking services such as bKash, so there is no need to carry cash all the time. I personally used the online payment option, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.
Other relevant Information
Royalty Loung offers a buffet dinner with more than 50 items every Thursday and Saturday for only 600 BDT. I haven’t tried the buffet yet, but I definitely plan to try it someday.
For buffet reservations, customers can book seats by paying 100 BDT in advance at least one day earlier.
The restaurant also accepts bookings for various events such as birthdays, aqiqah ceremonies, weddings, wedding anniversaries, gaye holud, office conferences, class parties, reunion programs, and iftar parties. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests at a time.

Structure, Environment, and Service
I really liked the overall structure and environment of Royalty Lounge. Both the dining area and the interior space were clean, well-organized, and visually pleasing. The interior design was attractive, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxing, which made the dining experience more enjoyable.

The tables and chairs in this restaurant are arranged very neatly. Each table is set with glasses, tissue, and a menu card, which makes the dining setup look organized and welcoming.

There are separate table arrangements for small and large groups. For large groups, there is a big table with plenty of chairs, allowing many people to sit together comfortably. For smaller groups, the setup is more compact, typically with about four chairs per table.

The lighting, fans, and air conditioning in the restaurant are excellent. I particularly liked the lighting; the bulbs looked stylish and added a pleasant ambiance. Even the wash basins were very nice and clean.

The restaurant is also monitored with CCTV cameras, ensuring security and safety. Overall, the environment is very pleasant and perfect for enjoying a meal. The customer service is good as well staff members are polite and try to take orders fairly quickly, making the experience comfortable and hassle-free.
My Favorite Ethnic Food
My favorite ethnic food is traditional Bangladeshi biryani. I truly enjoy eating biryani and like all varieties, including beef, chicken, and mutton biryani. However, I mostly prefer beef and chicken, and these days I enjoy chicken biryani the most.
Is This a New Experience for Me?
I eat biryani quite often, so it is not a new experience for me at all. My mother frequently cooks chicken biryani at home, and her homemade biryani tastes amazing. Biryani has been one of my favorite foods for a long time, and I enjoy eating it on different occasions as well.
Ethnic Dish I Want to Try in the Future
In the future, I would love to try Mexican tacos. This dish attracts me because it uses crispy tortillas filled with meat, vegetables, and different types of sauces, which together create a unique combination of flavors. I believe the use of fresh ingredients makes it especially delicious. Mexican food is well known for its spicy, tangy, and flavorful taste, and this variety of flavors makes me curious to try it. I enjoy trying new foods, and I think eating tacos will be a new and enjoyable experience for me.
