Like every time, today I have gained a lot of knowledge from making the recipe given by ma'am. I think this soup is very interesting because it benefits our body when consumed in the winter season.

Today I will make the masoor lentil soup, so stay with us.
I am giving the ingredients below.

- Yellow Moong Lentil ½ cup
- Red Masoor lentil ½ cup
- Sabut Masoor lentil ½ cup
- Water 3 cups for boiling

- Onion 1 small chopped
- Garlic 2 clove's
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Tomato 2 chopped
- Celery leaves 6-8 g chopped
- Cabbage 1 small (finely chopped)

- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Paprika powder ⅓ tsp to taste

First, I mix all the lentil, and I leave them in water for a few minutes. The dal become soft, and I separate the water from them.

Then I put a pot on an electric stove, and I added some water. Then I put the soaked lentils in the water.

Then I added the ingredients, chopped onion, cabbage, tomato, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, bay leaves, turmeric powder, paprika powder and a little salt. I kept boiling it on medium heat on the electric stove.

After some time, when it boiled, I saw its color change, and it looked quite beautiful. Then I cooled the ingredients and pureed them well with a blender.

Then I put another pot on the stove, added butter in it, and when it melted in the heat, I kept frying the celery leaves, frying them on low heat so that their color turns brown.

When it turns brown, I add ginger and garlic paste to it, then add all the mixed ingredients and some water to it, and then mix well.

When it thickens and is ready to eat, I take it out and put it in a clean container.

I faced a problem while making the soup, that is, when I blended the ingredients, they ingredients were dry, so I added a little water to the ingredients. Adding water made it easier for me to blend it and also made it easier for me to lift it.
I bought a lot of ingredients from the market to make the recipe, I am giving the price list of each ingredient below, but I will first give it in my local currency so that all the Steemian friends of our country can understand it immediately, besides, I will show its price on Steem so that the whole world can easily understand the price list, but the price may be more or less compared to different countries.

I am very happy to have made the soup. I have already tasted it, but I have never eaten this soup before, although I have eaten other soups in our country. The lentil soup is quite delicious; the smell of this soup is quite interesting, and there is a salty taste in the smell.
After making the soup, I wrote my name on a piece of paper. Here are like 2 plates. I put some coriander leaves on the soup to serve it, which also looks very beautiful.
