First of all I want to buy Shopping for cooking utensils at the shop can be a fun experience for me the items I buy at Wak Haji's shop are still healthy and of good quality according to the needs we want to buy, everything is there. Before leaving, I wrote down the cooking utensils needed such as tempeh, tofu, bean sprouts, chili tomatoes, all complete Which is in the village of Blang Krung Pase belongs to Wak Haji 😃.
Let's go straight to friends, let's cook home-cooked food can be an economical, healthy, and flavorful choice! some simple menu ideas for home cooking that I made for cooking this afternoon:
all the tools we use for cooking:
1. Cook stir-fried bean sprouts Ingredients:
- green chili
- 2 tsp salt
- shallots
- tempeh
- cooking oil
How to Make:
- Preparation of Ingredients
- Wash the bean sprouts and drain. Prepare all the cut ingredients.
- Saute Seasoning
- Heat oil in a frying pan, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add red chilies and cayenne pepper, stir briefly.
- Add Vegetables
- saute until half cooked.
- Add bean sprouts and spring onions, stir well.
- Seasoning
- Add oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
- If you like, add a little soy sauce for additional savory flavor.
- Stir well and cook briefly so that the bean sprouts remain crispy (1-2 minutes).
- Serve
- Remove and serve the stir-fried bean sprouts while warm. Suitable as a side dish with white rice.
- Do not cook the bean sprouts for too long so that the texture remains fresh and crispy.
- You can add protein such as tofu or tempeh for variation.
1. cook tofu chili sauce Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of stuffed tofu
- red chili
- 1 tsp salt
- shallots
- garlic
- ginger
- tomatoes
- cooking oil
How to Cook:
- Fry Tofu
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the tofu until golden brown. Remove and drain.
- Make Sambal
- Puree the chili, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, and shrimp paste using a blender or pestle.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, saute the sambal until fragrant.
- Saute with Tofu
- Add lime leaves and lemongrass to the sauteed sambal, stir until wilted.
- Add fried tofu, stir well.
- Add salt and sugar to taste. Adjust the taste.
- Serve
- Remove and serve the tofu sambal with warm rice.
