La comunidad Steemit Iron Chef les da la bienvenida a la cuarta semana de Steemit Engagement Challenge S13W4 y debido al exponencial auge que ha tenido nuestro concurso estrella de la comunidad que tanto gusta a todos los chefs nuestro Delicias del Menú Diario le sumamos una variante para conocer más de ti en ese día queremos que nos comparta tus horas de las comidas en este dia, a través de La Hora de mis Delicias del Menú Diario
Sabemos que para mantener un buen estado de salud lo hacemos a través de los hábitos, y ser disciplinado con la hora de la comida nos llevan a tener buenos hábitos alimenticios.
Para participar en el concurso, solo debes responder las siguientes preguntas y divertirte en tu menú en el tiempo |

Comparte tu Delicias del Menú del dia, ya conoces las reglas háblanos de cada comida del dia, identificando cada comida con su cartel indicando tu nombre de usuario, fecha, hora de la comida y la etiqueta #steemit-Iron.
Importancia de comer a la misma hora para nuestro organismo
Horario adecuado para cada comida.
Recuerde ser original y creativo, no aceptamos bajo ninguna circunstancia plagio ni reciclaje de contenido, deber ser contenido exclusivo.

The Steemit Iron Chef community welcomes you to the fourth week of Steemit Engagement Challenge S13W4 and due to the exponential rise that our star community contest that all chefs like so much has had, our Daily Menu Delights we add to it a variant to learn more about you on that day we want you to share your meal times on this day, through The Hour of my Daily Menu Delights
We know that to maintain good health we do it through habits, and being disciplined with mealtimes leads us to have good eating habits.
To participate in the contest, you just have to answer the following questions and have fun on your menu over time |

Share your Menu Delights of the day, you already know the rules, tell us about each meal of the day, identifying each meal with its sign indicating your username, date, time of meal and the #steemit-Iron tag.
Importance of eating at the same time for our body
Appropriate time for each meal.

Health is the root of all happiness and to maintain health you have to eat healthy food on time. This healthy event is going to be great. I will submit my publication soon.
La verdad es que comer a una hora fija no es uno de mis hábitos más destacados, el mismo dinamismo de las actividades diarias a veces hace que se retrase alguna comida. Así que profundizaré en mi participación al respecto.
