Hola mis queridos chef, estamos en la tercera semana de Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W3 , es un gusto para esta comunidad #steem-ironchef tenerlos por aquí disfrutando y participando de cada uno de nuestros concursos, esperamos seguir contando con su participación.

Para esta tercera semana les traemos un concurso que estamos seguros que le va a encantar, sin más preámbulos les mostramos el tema del concurso. "Delicias de frutas que preparan los Chefs Steemians"

Te queremos ver en la cocina y que mejor acompañado de un ingrediente muy versátil y saludable como es la fruta; la cual es muy deliciosa y hay típicas en cada país.

¿Cómo Participar?

Queremos que elijas una fruta sea típica o no de tu país y nos prepares un jugo, una merengada, algún postre, ensalada, comida, ó lo que se te ocurra con tu fruta.

Explica cómo lo preparaste y nos muestres tu selfie con tu preparación final, ó un cartel donde indiques la comunidad, tu usuario y la fecha de preparación.

También podrás guiarte si gustas, con estas preguntas que te dejaré a continuación o cualquier otra información de interés sobre tu fruta, eso lo dejamos a tu preferencia:

🔹 Cuéntanos de esta fruta ¿ por qué te gusta?,¿ le gusta a tu familia?¿ tienes otra fruta preferida adicional a la seleccionada ?

🔹 Háblanos de los beneficio a la salud de esta fruta

🔹 ¿ Cómo la obtienes? Es decir la compras, o la cosechas?¿Cuál es su costo?

Hello my dear chefs, we are in the third week of Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W3, it is a pleasure for this community #steem-ironchef to have you here enjoying and participating in each of our contests, we hope to continue counting on your participation.

For this third week we bring you a contest that we are sure you are going to love, without further ado we show you the theme of the contest. "Fruit delicacies prepared by Steemian Chefs".

We want to see you in the kitchen and what better accompanied by a very versatile and healthy ingredient such as fruit; which is very delicious and there are typical in each country.

How to Participate?

We want you to choose a fruit, whether it is typical or not from your country, and prepare a juice, a meringue, a dessert, a salad, a meal, or whatever you can think of with your fruit.

Explain how you prepared it and show us your selfie with your final preparation, or a poster, where you indicate the community, your user and the date of preparation.

You can also guide you if you like with these questions that I will leave you below or any other information of interest about your fruit that you want to share, we leave it to your preference:

🔹 Tell us about this fruit, why do you like it, does your family like it, do you have another favourite fruit in addition to the selected one?

🔹 Tell us about the health benefits of this fruit.

🔹 How do you get it? I.e. do you buy it, or do you harvest it, how much does it cost?
