Greetings of the day Steemit Iron Chef Family!
What a real pleasure writing back on SIC after some days off...
In less than 48 hours, the first round of Act 2 will be over!!!
Yes my friends, you have read that well...in less than 2 days, the chef will close this first round and kick off the 2nd one right after...
It is simply amazing to see how this 2nd act is turning out...
A lot of new comers joining in for the first time!!!
I am so happy to see in our community feed so many first timers in SIC...this means that more and more people are getting aware of our contest and we will be getting much more contestants for this 2nd act...
In act 1 itself we were getting a lot of entries each week....now imagine for the 2nd one! This is simply awesome!

We've received a total of 32 Entries already and there'll be a real lot coming in during the last days as it has been the case since act 1!!!
Reminder of the theme of round 1 : Monochrome!!!
The contestants have been challenged to prepared a dish based on only ONE color...
It can be green, yellow, white, red...you are free to chose which color you want to do! But please use natural products as far as possible!
Below is an example of a monochromatic dish...take it as an example!
If you want more examples...simple check out the entries that we've already received in our community...we have some amazing creations already!!!
