Recipe Of The Day||Recipe Of Potato Fritters/Potato Pakora||09-03-2026!

Greetings you dear all friends and steemians! How are you all feeling?. Hope you all are doing well and happy. I'm also doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty. Today I'm here with you with a new post of sharing the recipe of the day/recipe of potatoes Pakora in steemit-ironchef community. Hope you all friends and steemians will read and enjoy my recipe.

INGREDIENTS:-
Gram flour/chickpea flour
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Onions
Green Chilli
Coriander
Red chilli
Ajwain
Kaloonji
Salt
Turmeric powder
PREPARATION STEPS:-

First of all make small slices of medium sized onions and wash them carefully. Make slices of medium sized tomatoes and potatoes. Wash them and make paste of coriander and green chilli.

Then take required amount of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain and kaloonji in a separate plate.

Then next take chickpea flour in a plastic bowl. The chickpea flour should be taken in the required quantity. It should be pure so that our pakoras will be soft and tasty.

Then next wash the sliced potatoes and add these washed slices of potatoes in the bowl already containing chickpea flour.

Then next add chopped/thick paste of green chilli and dry coriander. This paste adds extra aroma and flavour in the recipe.

Then next add sliced tomatoes in the bowl. Adding tomatoes are not compulsory. If you will add tomatoes the recipe will be extra flavorful and delicious. So I added sliced tomatoes in the bowl.

Then next make the slices of medium sized onions. After washing onions carefully add these slices of onions in the chickpea flour.

Then next add all spices including red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain, and kaloonji in the chickpea flour. The quantities of these spices should be according to the quantity of chickpea flour and veggies.

Then next step is to make thick paste type mixture of these all ingredients. Add small amount of water and mix with the help of spoon. Add water until this should be changed in paste form.

Then the next step is frying. Take the cooking oil in the pan or karahi. With the help of spoon transfer small quantity of this mixture in the pan. Fry them complete until it is cooked from inside. Make them brown.

Fry them for some time on low flame. Make their color brown and they should be cooked completely. Transfer these in a plate and serve with rice or raita.
