Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my food recipe blog it's belongs ,today I like to share the one of my favourite recipe with my lovely friend in Steemit iron chef community, the most popular and tampting traditional recipe of Pakistan it'sChicken biryani.Well guys in biryani cooked with different meats like beef , chicken, fish,lamb meat and mutton it's depending upon the user choice it's varied in cooking timings .

Ingredients list

  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 1 kg basmati rice
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • Powder spices
  • Whole spices
  • Salt per taste
  • 4 fine sliced onion
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 8 to 10 green chillies
  • 2 tbs ginger garlic paste

How I made /step by step procedure

1000081369.jpgFirst I took a large pan add cooking oil whole spices in which cumin ,black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cloves and green cardamom when add sliced onions and let it fry till golden brown.

1000081371.jpgNow added chicken pieces already cleaned and washed a long with ginger garlic paste and let it saute for 10 minutes

1000081372.jpgNow I added powder spices in which red chilli powder,red crushed chillies, salt , turmarric power and coriander powder

1000081373.jpgAdd chopped tomatoes and cooked till tomatoes became soft for that covered the lid

1000081514.jpgadded green chillies chopped as per your taste and cooked for 15 minutes

1000081516.jpgOn the other side boiled the rice and strained out it's water through strainer now moved on assembling or layering of the chicken biryani for that we set chicken Qorma and boiled rice on kitchen table

First I put chicken masala Qorma on the bottom of the pan then spreaded layers of rice in suitable amount then again repeat this step till all materials perfectly set in the pen , sprinkle fresh green chillies ,coriander and mint leaves

On top add Biryani essence and orange food liquid colour and colours the lid for 15 minutes on low flame for complete done .

Final presentation

The aroma of chicken biryani spread out from kitchen to all.hime it means it's done I.off the flame and dish out prefer to served hot and fresh.My whole family crazy lovers of Chicken biryani.....
