Friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, today I am here again to participate in a recipe contest. I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing today's contest. This contest is very dear to me, and today I am here to present one of my favorite recipes to you.

Have you tried any bread dessert at home?

I love to eat any sweet bread and also make this kind of sweet for the children of the house, but when it comes to making sweet bread, I give priority to it. If there is coconut at home, I like to make different types of sweet bread with that coconut, and we can eat these sweet breads soaked in milk or fried in oil, which I really like to eat.

●Semai
●Sugar
●Liquid Milk
●Powder Milk
●Small Cardamom
●Cinnamon
●White Oil
●Raisins

The Process of recipe


Step 01

🍚Today I will prepare semai, so first I took all the ingredients together and then I cleaned a pan and put three tablespoons of white oil in it and added one long cinnamon stick and two small cardamoms.
🍚Then the oil gets a little hot, and I will add some semai here.

Step 02

🍚Then mix the oil and semai well and fry for about two minutes.
🍚Then I will add 2 tablespoons of powdered milk here.
🍚Then add Semai and the milk and mix well, and fry for about two minutes.
🍚Then, when the semai is well fried, I will put it in a bowl.

Step 03

🍚Then I will take another clean pan and pour about half a kilo of milk into it.
🍚The milk is a little warm, so I will add sugar here quantity like. You can add more or less sugar as you like.
🍚Then I will heat the milk on high heat, and when the milk starts boiling, my heating of the milk will be complete.
🍚Then I will take the milk and pour it over the semai I have already set aside.

Step 04

🍚Then I will cover it with a lid and wait for about 20 minutes. Then, when I lift the lid, I will see that my semai is completely ready.
🍚Then I will scoop out a quantity of semai into a bowl to serve.
🍚Then I will sprinkle some red and black raisins on top of the semai for garnish and decoration.

Step 05

🍚Then my delicious semai will be ready, and then I will take a picture with my name tag added.

Of course not, I had no problem preparing today's recipe because this was not the first time I was making this recipe. I have prepared this recipe many times before, and I love preparing this recipe sometimes because this recipe is very popular with my family, including me, so I had no problem preparing this recipe. Rather, because it has become a habit, I was able to prepare this recipe very easily and in a short time.

At what occasion do you want to make it?

Today's milk semaitai I made at any time or at different times. It is mandatory for me to make it on special occasions, but that is why I make it on special occasions. I prepare this recipe on Eid, two special festivals of Bangladesh, and also like to prepare this recipe on children's birthdays. Also, I prepare this recipe first when I am a guest. On such occasions, I like to start my day first, so the first recipe of the event is semai.
