How are your friends? I hope you are well, and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I have appeared in the second week of of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W2, and I got the opportunity to make a very great recipe this week. For this, I want to thank @uzma4882 ma'am. For this week, I will make lentil soup, which is really interesting, and I have prepared myself to make such a soup for the first time in my life. I will discuss it below. But come on, friends, I'm going to discuss all the details of my first experience with a great recipe below.

🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Lentils Soup

Required materials👇🏾
  • Yellow Moong Lentil 1/4 cup
  • Red Masoor lentil 1/4 cup
  • boot lentil 1/4 cup
  • Water 3 cups
  • Garlic 2 clove's
  • Ginger paste ½ tsp
  • Tomato 1/2 chopped
  • Onion leaves 2 pis
  • Beans 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt ⅓ tsp
  • Butter 2 tsp

🟫 Step 01

🫕To prepare today's soup , first, I chopped all the vegetables and ginger and garlic into small pieces.
🫕Then I washed the pressure cooker well to everything and added the three types of pulses that I had soaked.

🫕Then I added the chopped carrots.
🫕Then I added chopped tomatoes.
🫕Then I gave him the chopped-up SIM.
🫕Then I added half a teaspoon of salt.

🟫 Step 03

🫕Then I added one-fourth of a teaspoon of cumin powder.
🫕Then I added a quarter of a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🫕Then mix everything and cover it with a lid, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes on medium heat.
🫕Then it's done. I'll wait here for another ten minutes for the lentils to cool down properly.

🟫 Step 04

🫕After the lentils have cooled down, I will put them in a blender, blend them well, and pour them into a bowl.
🫕Then I'll put a clean pan on the stove, and here I'll put the butter and wait until it melts.
🫕The butter has melted well. I will add the chopped ginger here.
🫕I will add the minced garlic in the next step.

🟫 Step 05

🫕Then I will give some onion leaves.
🫕Then I'll fry everything well for about two minutes.
🫕After two minutes, add the blended dal paste.
🫕Then I will stir everything well and wait for another four to five minutes for it to cook, and when it boils well, my cooking will be complete.

🫕Then my lentil soup is ready, and I will pour it from the saucepan into a bowl.
🫕Then, to top off my lentils, I'll add a few chopped onions leavs and prepare to serve.

While preparing today's lentil soup, I did not encounter any problems because I prepared it by following the instructions given by my teacher and I mastered it beautifully as per the instructions given by the teacher and this recipe is mentioned in full there so I did not have any problem because I followed it from beginning to end and it isHowever, I could not find green lentils in my area. I searched for them in several supermarkets, but since I could not find such lentils, I used black lentils instead. Besides, all the ingredients were at my fingertips, and all my preparations seemed very simple and very short, due to which I was able to make a very beautiful and delicious soup in a very short time.
