Recipe of the day week 84, Homemade Chicken Potato Kabab Step by Step

Today’s highlight is a mouthwatering Chicken Potato Kabab — a delightful blend of tender chicken and soft potatoes, seasoned with rich spices to bring out the perfect flavor. These kababs are not only easy to make but also incredibly versatile, making them ideal for evening snacks, family gatherings, lunch boxes, or even as a special side dish for your meals.
Ingredients

| Chicken | 250 grams |
| Potato | 1 kg |
| Onion | 1 piece |
| Garlic & Ginger Paste | 1–2 tablespoons |
| Green Chilies | 4 pieces |
| Coriander Leaves | A handful |
| Mint Leaves | A handful |
| Salt | To taste |
| Turmeric Powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Cumin (Zeera) | ½ teaspoon |
| Red Chili Powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Garam Masala | ½ teaspoon |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Cooking Oil | For frying |
Cooking Method
1. Take a pot and boil the potatoes with water and salt.
2. Now take another pot and boil the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, salt, and turmeric.
3. Finely chop the onions, green chilies, coriander, and mint.
4. When the potatoes are boiled, peel them and mash them well.
5. When the chicken is fully cooked, shred it into thin pieces.
6. Add the shredded chicken to the mashed potatoes, then add the chopped onions, green chilies, and all the spices. Mix everything well.
7. Shape the mixture into round kebabs, dip them in beaten egg, and fry them in oil.
Delicious kebabs are ready! Serve with chutney and ketchup.
