Cooking Method
Step 1: Boil the Beef
Add beef, water, salt, and turmeric to a pot. Boil until the meat becomes soft and tender.

Step 2: Fry the Beef and Onions
Heat oil in a wok (karahi). Add the boiled beef, ginger-garlic paste, and sliced onions. Fry until the onions are golden brown.

Step 3: Cook the Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the beef. Cover and cook until soft. Remove the tomato skins and sauté well.

Add garam masala and roasted cumin. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Top with lemon juice, green chilies, and chopped coriander. Cover and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
