Today’s feature is a vibrant and delicious Raw Potato Kebabs — a simple yet flavorful dish made from grated raw potatoes mixed with spices, herbs, and light binding ingredients, shaped into kebabs and fried until golden and crispy. Perfect as a tea-time snack, appetizer, or side dish, these kebabs offer a comforting and satisfying homemade taste.

Ingredients

Onions4
Green chiliesAs desired
Coriander & MintHalf a bunch
Eggs2
Corn flour4 tablespoons (about one cup)

Amchoor (dry mango powder)As needed

1. Prepare Potatoes and Onion

Peel and grind the potatoes, then squeeze out the water.

Grind the onion and squeeze it as well.

2. Mix Ingredients

Add potatoes and onion to a bowl.
Add chopped green chilies, cilantro, and mint.
Mix in cornflour, all spices, and eggs.

3. Shape Patties

Make small round kebab patties from the mixture.

4. Fry

Delicious potato kebabs are ready!
