| All-purpose flour (maida) | 1 kg |
| Onions | 3 pieces |
| Green chilies | 3 pieces |
| Fresh coriander and mint | A handful each |
| Ginger-garlic paste | 2 tablespoons |

| Salt | To taste |
| Cumin seeds (zeera) | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder (haldi) | ½ teaspoon |
| Whole coriander seeds (sabut dhania) | 1 teaspoon (or crushed) |
| Garam masala (ground) | 1 teaspoon |
| Crushed red chili | As needed |
| Eggs | 6 pieces |
Cooking Procedure
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
First, take 1 bowl of flour. Add cooking oil and salt, then mix well. Add water and knead it into a dough.

Now, add oil to a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, minced chicken, and chopped onions. Fry them well.
