Cooking Method
- First, heat some cooking oil in a pan. Add garlic-ginger paste and chicken mince. Fry well until the water dries and the mince is fully cooked.
Now add finely chopped onions, capsicum, garam masala, whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and crushed red chili. Cook and stir until everything is well roasted. Then add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves on top and mix.
Let the mixture cool down, then add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Cut off the edges of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin. Place the prepared filling in the center and fold into a triangle shape to seal the pocket.
- Coat each pocket in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
